A design drawn up during the Cold War at a time when tensions between the FNA and the allied were at an all time high following the Entarian Alliance's plans for an orbital bombardment system (see Entarian Orbital Bombardment System). It was also known as the Elven Bioweapon

The design was modified several times, starting as a giant cylindrical design, and eventually becoming a giant tower/fortification designed to be bristling with cannons to bombard enemy positions, probably resulting in their death or annihilation of their cover.

However, due to the outbreak of war (see Second Verussian War) and earlier than expected end to the war, it was converted and finished as a ceremonial castle after being 70% complete. It is believed several Elven processions have since been held there. The final size of the castle was significantly smaller than originally planned, however parts of the design as a super weapon can still be found throughout the castle.

Due to the nature of its construction as a rival to the Entarian design, it was only when that project was deemed a failure as the accuracy and results produced of said project probably would fail, and that same fate would be found with the Elven version, also noting that the Entarian System was a system of raised gun platforms, but the Elve's weapon would have been a singular weapon platform, rather than a multitude of weapons platforms, so its use would have been limited, whereas the Xenon Tower was built very near the location of where the main battles would take place and saw use.
