ConnorTunnel
Early Career
ConnorTunnel joined the world of PirateCraft alongside his longtime friend Puffbro. They began their time in Piratecraft by journeying to the various Warps and taking in the beautiful scenery of the builds sprawled across the livemap. After a short time of exploration, the duo was recruited by the up-and-coming crew Atlantis, which was led by Atalantaa and master builder ProWil. Within the Atlantis crew, ConnorTunnel and Puffbro failed to achieve any remarkably noteworthy feats, yet they still managed to gain something from their time. Over the course of a couple months, they learned numerous lessons under the tutelage of ProWil and built their first home within the server, which was a lighthouse designed by Puffbro. After growing rather impatient due to the lack of significant development within the crew, the duo decided to develop their own homestead a small distance from the Atlantean capitol. Although their new home went unnamed and would be unknown to the masses, it was the duo's first taste of independence and personal ownership. All of this being said, ConnorTunnel and Puffbro were still naive rookies within the server and would be repeatedly raided by the notorious Gores. This lack of security and repeated sense of failure would drive the duo to seek refuge within a greater and far more established crew.
The British Empire
ConnorTunnel and Puffbro would seek and receive citizenship within the British Empire. After saying their goodbyes to their friends in Atlantis, the duo would be invited to live on Viabearr's Island, which is located in the Northeast quadrant of the map. Viabearr was welcoming and kind to the freshly-joined citizens. Initially, ConnorTunnel and Puffbro would make numerous friends and allies within the British Empire through the connections of Viabearr, such as Deimoswreck and BGraph. During their time living on Viabearr's Island, ConnorTunnel and Puffbro would quickly rise within the BE government due to their quickly-attained friendship with the elected Prime Minister at the time, ItsCrazyDave. Their continual support of his political party within the chambered discussions of the British Empire's government would eventually earn them positions as Ambassadors. ConnorTunnel was designated to be the ambassador to Isengard, while Puffbro was designated as the ambassador to Rome.
Survival Against the Horsia Revival
During their initial days in the British Empire, ConnorTunnel and Puffbro spent time singlehandedly raiding up and coming crews in hopes of furthering their own wealth and notoriety. While the majority of their efforts were successful and immensely helpful to their pirate careers, they made a grave mistake along the line. While scouting players to raid, the duo wrongfully decided to attempt a raid on what appeared to be a wealthy solo player. Unknowingly, ConnorTunnel and Puffbro attacked a former member of the infamous Horsia crew. The raid yielded no results as the targeted base was seemingly impenetrable, yet their actions would lead to grave repercussions. Days after the attempted raid, multiple former Horsia members would seek revenge against the duo. ConnorTunnel and Puffbro were sieged within their base on Viabearr's Island for two hours, yet somehow the duo managed to withstand the attack and repel the invaders thanks to help from Viabearr and DeimosWreck. ConnorTunnel and Puffbro wore this victory with pride and Horsia was not seen since.
Dispute With LegQ
As the duo's wealth began to grow, ConnorTunnel sought a location to build a new base far from Viabearr's Island. ConnorTunnel and Puffbro decided to construct a floating diamond-like base above the Western Ocean. After days of gathering materials and constructing the base, a player equipped with an elytra descended upon the duo. This powerful pirate was Lego. LegQ asserted that the build was far too close to his existing base, yet ConnorTunnel and Puffbro disputed this notion. LegQ, who was an honorary member of the British parliament and the leader of one of the most powerful crews, was not known to be resisted or trifled with, yet the duo's resilience and fearlessness in this situation would foreshadow the way they would conduct the rest of their pirate careers. After days of ravenous debate and argument, the duo finally agreed to cede the land to LegQ in exchange for help with relocating.
ConnorTunnel and Puffbro's Ambassadorships with Isengard and Rome
As the duo separated for the first time in their pirate careers, a storm was brewing beneath the geopolitical surface of the world. ConnorTunnel began his service as the Ambassador to Isengard by assisting their leader, Vlad, with the construction of the new BE embassy in the capitol of Isengard. Throughout ConnorTunnel's time among Isengard, he gained a large respect for their pirates and their resilience. Isengard was primarily focused on security and safety for its members. This goal was largely supported by ConnorTunnel and he often provided support on behalf of the British Empire through lucrative trade deals and loans. While ConnorTunnel continued to act as the bridge between the powerful crews, Puffbro was doing the same within Rome. He befriended the fearsome warrior GoldenMoneyy and spent large amounts of time working alongside Emperor Cosmic. As he gained more and more trust with the Emperor, Puffbro would soon learn of his militaristic ambitions. A plan would be unfurled to Puffbro that would soon have cataclysmic ramifications. Emperor Cosmic was in the process of constructing a massive naval fleet and planned to utilize it in order to put Rome at the top of all of the crews. Although this plan was never fully developed, it could have easily led to another World War. Unfortunately, a seemingly-minuscule disagreement would be the spark that would lead to the next war.
The Rome-Isen War
Weeks into the duo's service as Ambassadors, a large disagreement would take place between Rome and Isengard. Allegedly, beacons and food stores were stolen by ex-Romans who joined Isengard. This claim was denied with fervor by Isengard, yet Rome would not accept this finality. ConnorTunnel and Puffbro's delegation skills would soon be put to the test, yet they were also focused on another goal. ConnorTunnel and Puffbro intended to eventually move on from their positions as Ambassadors and pioneer a new sphere within the British Empire. The duo intended to create a Dual Papacy; a church led by two popes that would act under the command of the British Empire. With this goal cemented in their minds, they began constructing a massive church in the Western-most reaches of the map. Upon a colossal mountain High Eden was born. With the intent of establishing it as the religious capitol of the world, ConnorTunnel and Puffbro invited the dignitaries of Isengard and Rome to the church and began diplomatic discussions there. After five hours of intense debate, an agreement was settled between the two crews. The deal was fair to both sides and was approved by Vlad and Emperor Cosmic. Unfortunately, this peace would not last through the night. Following the peace talks, Emperor Cosmic's right-hand-man Goldenmoneyy would convince the erratic Emperor that the deal was unfavorable for the Roman Empire. The Emperor would heed this advice and immediately declared war on Isengard.

Following the declaration of war, ConnorTunnel and Puffbro would call for an emergency meeting with British Prime Minister ItsCrazyDave. The duo explained the gravity of the situation and declared that the British Empire must support Isengard in the upcoming conflict. Surprisingly, the Prime Minister would declare that the British Empire would assume no involvement with the conflict, This decision enraged the Ambassadors. ConnorTunnel and Puffbro decided to act against the Prime Minister's will and quietly enlisted among the ranks of Isengard. Multiple battles were fought in both Isengard and Rome's territory, but the most decisive battles were what would seal the duo's fates. On a quiet evening, ConnorTunnel and Puffbro were contacted by the leader of Isengard. They were notified that Rome had launched a surprise invasion on one of Isengard's most prominent cities. ConnorTunnel and Puffbro quickly joined the battle and fought against Roman soldiers on top of the city's massive wall. During the battle, Puffbro and ConnorTunnel managed to cause damage without personally killing any Roman soldiers, all in hopes of not alerting the world to their presence in the conflict. After hours of battle, mercenaries supporting both sides would arrive and would conclude the battle. This battle would be considered a resounding success for Isengard. Luckily, the duo's involvement would go unnoticed and this event would serve as their first notable involvement in a large-scale battle. Following the attack, the duo would work alongside the leadership of Isengard to devise a counter-offensive strategy. They planned a massive attack on Rome's main agricultural base. This attack would aim to cripple the food stores and food production capabilities of Rome. After days of planning and preparation, ConnorTunnel, Puffbro, and numerous Isengard pirates would launch the attack through the underground tunnel network beneath the base. After hours of invisible sneaking and exploration, an entrance into the base was finally located. Within the storage and production center, the infiltrators would wreak havoc and destruction, largely achieving their goal, yet the plan would quickly go awry. Multiple Roman soldiers quickly arrived and began the defense. The defense was headed by Goldenmoneyy and Emperor Cosmic himself, who was a skilled archer. They were assisted by mercenaries from Cosa Nostra (CSN), who tilted the odds heavily in Rome's favor. As chaos ensued, the duo found themselves face-to-face with GoldenMoneyy and Cosmic. Within seconds of each other, ConnorTunnel managed to kill Cosmic with a sword and Puffbro landed a critical and mortal shot on GoldenMoneyy. Unfortunately, the deathlogs were witnessed by numerous pirates who were online at the time and the news quickly reached the executives of the British Empire.
Accused and Charged
As the war between Isengard and Rome raged on, ConnorTunnel and Puffbro were swiftly recalled to the British Empire's capitol city, London, where they would be interrogated for their unlawful involvement in the war. This trial was led by Admiral Taulov, who the duo had already come into conflict with during the LegQ incident. Admiral Taulov granted the duo no mercy in response to their actions. Despite a strong defense, ConnorTunnel and Puffbro were charged as war criminals and were sentenced to numerous penalties, namely a $15,000 fine each and the forfeit of the ability to hold positions within the British Government. ConnorTunnel and Puffbro were infuriated and held no intention to answer to the perceived tyranny of the British Empire. The duo would leave the famed crew and would be named Kill On Sight from that point on.
The Formation of the Papal State
Following their eventful departure from the British Empire, ConnorTunnel and Puffbro began their plans to enact a global religious authority. ConnorTunnel reestablished connection with ProWil and convinced him to join their efforts as their lead builder and one of the executives within the future crew. The duo also shored up support from numerous crews throughout the world, namely Isengard, who was rebuilding after their war with Rome. As the pieces began to assemble, ConnorTunnel and Puffbro spent weeks authoring The Writ of Deus, which would be the Holy Text of the new Papal State. Once the Holy Text was finally completed, the Papal State was finally created. Based in High Eden, the new crew would find rapid success in recruitment. After a mere three weeks of existence, Papal would climb within the top 8 ranks on the /crewtop rankings.
Life as the Dual Papacy
ConnorTunnel and Puffbro spent many of their days in search of old Holy Relics, most of which were owned by the ancient Templars and the Elven Empire. They acquired a vast wealth and a large amount of claim blocks which aided the expansion of Papal. A shop would be purchased and run by the crew that would last for years to come. The duo even made reconciliations with their old tormentor, Gores, who would assist in building one of The Papal State's largest cities, Prime Izzonia, which was named after ConnorTunnel and Puffbro's dear friend and ally Duckmaster Izzy. As time went on, Puffbro, ConnorTunnel, and ProWil would grow old and tired. Having finally overcome the torment lobbied against them by the British Empire and other notable crews, the Dual Papacy would soon be passed to more youthful and exuberant hands.
Legacy
ConnorTunnel and Puffbro's legacies may not be remembered by all, but those who do remember know well of the kindness, passion, and intuition the duo brought to the world of PirateCraft for multiple years. The Papal State has lived on under the leadership of many strong and passionate pirates. ConnorTunnel and Puffbro's legacy lives on through the Papal State and through those who they journeyed alongside. The duo spent time as some of the most ruthless and strategic raiders while simultaneously leading and defending the integrity and political stability of some of the most notable crews in PirateCraft's history. ConnorTunnel and Puffbro dedicated themselves to learning of and acknowledging the mighty crews and pirates of the past. For those who manage to locate Viabearr's Island, ConnorTunnel and Puffbro's original home is available to see as a monument of the server's history. Additionally, a pristine shrine lined with the heads of PirateCraft's greatest pirates lies directly ahead of the duo's historical home. For those skilled in raiding and infiltration, ConnorTunnel and Puffbro's impenetrable vault lies within the depths of the Western tundra, filled to the brim with the treasures and spoils that they amassed through their years of raiding and from the many.battles they participated in. Perhaps one day, when the seas are once again filled with passionate pirates and powerful crews, the duo may return to reclaim the power and influence they once held.
