The Polaric Sea is the farthest north major body of water located in the North West portion of the map.
It's name is derived from the parallel to Earth's polar ice caps in the north, which is reflected with the major ice biome there.
It also includes other biomes such as Savannah and Desert on the large continent there.
The sea is home to the Lancastrian Empire and the Parrot Lovers.
