Built around the time of opening PirateCraft v2, Alongside new players as a way to get deckhands into the community back in Feburary 2014.

Today the building is used as a testing ground for updates and bug reports.

Backs onto the now inactive Cove ship battle arena, close proximity to Cutless Haven, The Aqueduct, and The Cove. You pass by this build as you follow the Aqueduct from Spawn to The Cove.
