The Narwhal Syndicate is the server's foremost authority on ships of war and redstone engineering. NRWHL is responsbile for the continued development of the Phantom Narwhal, the single-most successful ship in the history of PirateCraft's organized ship battles, and is also responsible for the ongoing renovations of Astrobolt's secretive, powerhouse main base, Mesa Basa.
