Ottawa was the capital of The Dominion Of Canada. Its governor was SpikyCactus2105. It was home to a port, a fortress, stores, a government building, and some other features. It’s located near Port Vernesse in the North Sea, and is approximately a 10 min boat ride from Gloomsbay. The Dominion Of Canada has been disbanded and Ottawa is now property of the British Empire.
