"The Verussian Empire, having records I dug through, didn't keep good records of where they where. However, one of the only detailed accounts of their location, being Pallivadia: a settlement now long forgotten; (and solely by coincidence near where Port Potato is now.) Exposed where their capital was. Thus, as this page only now has been created (5, almost 6 years later), I am assuming where the sea is/should be.:
