The 'Old world' is a term given to areas which have been colonised often by the first people who have come to server, being close to spawn and surrounded with ideal areas to set up base. They are often referred to the lands the [[British Empire]] owns, due to many of them being old world sites which have been preserved and used over the years, as smaller settlements and bases fell into disuse as other parts of the map became more favorable to set up in, and as the world expanded.
