CelticHawk (formerly known as CelticTiger38) is the secretary of war of the United States Empire.

Early history

CellticHawk first joined the server in late May 2015. He first formed a settlement on the eastern edge of the world with his real life friends donttreadonme and SBurger6969 and his cousin _grandon_. At the time, Celtic and his friends did not know what siege was so they were frequently raided. The four of them formed a crew called Crips.

Elven Era

In late June, Celtic's forest settlement experienced the worst raid it had ever had. Reptaria (then known as QueenRep) and several other players such as mandarin_panda quickly overpowered Celtic. Donttread, and _grandon_. The raid resulted with lots of swearing and _grandon_ was temporarily banned. After the raid, Donttread and _grandon_ convinced Celtic to move the settlement. Celtic (then a sailor,) donttreadonme, and _grandon_ then sailed to an extreme hills biome in the north-central area of the world and were met there by SBurger6969. Once they were set up, Donttread began talking with Reptaria and before they new it, the 4 friends had joined the person who had raided them. As a result, Crips disbanded.

Celtic stayed a part of the Elves, even when many others were leaving. As a result of this, he was promoted to a leadership position.

November 2015 became a very prosperous month for the Elves, with them becoming the most active crew on the sever with around 8 members active at a time. Part of this was because of _grandon_, Donttreadonme (now known as _OuttaCompton_,) and SBurger6969 getting active again, and Galaxy219 and ravensrock1234 joining. Celtic also recolonized his first settlement.

United States Era

In early December 2015, tensions between Celtic and some other elves boiled over which caused Celtic to leave and join his friends to form the United States Empire.

Eventually the Elves opponents left and while [[Reptaria]] was giving orders, members of the crew [[reich]]  including [[obamasrightnut]], [[lamborewski]], and [[trooper306]] attacked the Elves. Reich then sent their home there so they could keep attacking. They purposely charged the Elves with no armor on so the Elves would get jailed for killing them. Celtic, [[Hades_Morvothril]], [[Plessmann]], and [[Lucky_Vincentius]] were all jailed. Later that night, the Elves and several other groups attempted to raid reich but failed due to reich's base being siege proof. The next day, it came to the Elve's attention that the "Verussian" fort they raided was actually a [[Xenon Empire]] fort. The incident was settled without a war.
