The ultimate province, funded and built by the British Empire, London is a centre for culture within the server, featuring buildings such as Buckingham palace, the globe theatre and St.Paul's cathedral. Established members of the British Empire are permitted to live in the city and those deemed trustworthy are allowed to create shops.
