After multiple raids and griefing damage to Visitopia, VISN finally decided to retaliate against CSN with ESE's help by assaulting Floki's base, and while Floki didn't die due to calling on allies LEGO and Salazar_the_Dead, they managed to sink of all but a single of his fleet; after a failed assassination attempt on PIPPIP5789 shortly afterwards (thanks to the efforts of Palapourheal), VISN officially declared war on CSN.
