Character: The Elven Empire has been reformed and reborn countless times in the past years. Even when seemingly beaten, the Elves have a knack of rising up as strong as ever before. They are then given the rank of Elven Citizen, and, if not already in possession of a home, are given one in the Gondolin Palace, on the second floor.
