The first outlaws that appeared on Piratecraft came in the form of raiders, who attacked ships and settlements. Soon, these raiders became the first pirates, and heavily changed Piratecraft over the years.
==Pirates: Robbery on the seas==:
Pirates are by far the most common type of outlaw on Piratecraft, patrolling the seas and oceans for unfortunate sailors. Piracy was once rife across the seas, but suffered a dip shortly after, only to grow again in late 2018.

Chapter I - Cappur
By far the most feared pirate, Cappur loots ships passing through the narrow canal leading into the Southern Ocean. Originally starting off as a law abiding citizen and a good sailor, Cappur soon used his great seamanship to turn to a life of crime.
