We never found out what it was exactly but we did find a few things, and rep did hint at some stuff that it involved:
- Firecharge farm and cannon - would burn down forests. villages, and anywhere else
- Giant potion factory - not really 'bioweapon' but he was buliding something like this
- A large fort full of cannons - self explanitory, except is would be round, and have a moat
- Just propaganda

We think the large fort, the most likely candidate, was started, but soon after construction started Rep changed it into a castle for the new elven ball when FNA (federate nations alliance) basically collapsed and we no longer were threatened by InventorJohn's superweapon

Nevertheless, out of the 3 superweapons proposed (4 if you want to include BE's plans for a mega ship), all three were started. 

- The EA's superweapon was started, but plans were scrapped soon afterward and whatever was built was torn down in favour of other projects needing completion 
- The EE's bioweapon was probably started and planned, but if completed it would be ineffective
- The BE's planned 'super ship' never left the planning phase and was never built
- Only XE's superweapon, the Xenon Tower was completed, trialed, and saw successful action in the second VE war. 

After I took control of pretty much the remaining continent, the tower was no longer needed and it was decommisioned. I later tore the tower down as it didn't fit in with the surroundings, it was in teh way, and it was a symbol of war. I will be creating a mini version in my new port as rememberance
