  Character: The Elven Empire has been reformed and reborn countless times in the past years. Even when seemingly beaten, the Elves have a knack of rising up as strong as ever before. The Elves have made Many beautiful cities in PirateCraft are owned by the Elven factions of the Dark, Woodland and High Elves which are ruled by various royal and aristocratic Kings and Queens. The Elven Empire is the second oldest crew on piratecraft and are building up more and more and facing larger scale conflicts by the minute. The Elves wish world order and the Empire is united and governed by the High Elven Council, the elves are ruled by their high king TheHattedHatter, the lord of Gondolin.
