	After [[Harry_Potter1212]] rejoined [[LE]] the crew started rapidly growing. Harry Started building the Rural District of Numenor. During this time Harry terraformed and built the river of Numenor. Which he planned to stretch completely around Numenor. Also during this time, Harry Began Construction on Tutiora Loca Numenoria. And also, by the way, Numenorians, ([Iwan The_Pirate Iwanio], Harry_Potter1212, Nathanile0318) can kick ass when building underground, but Theagentgamer is far more superior when it comes to build/doing anything else.
