Each Senator is voted in by the respected citizens of the city. Senator hold control over their city/state and hold a 4 month term and have unlimited amounts of terms. Each Senator is to meet at least once a month in the Senate Chamber to voice opinions in national matters, address problems both within their respective city/state and the entire Empire.
