Endorism is a City State building philosophy that formalizes a long list of rules and strategies already used by many crews on Piratecraft. It can be used by any player in any crew to create efficient and quickly growing towns. His main feature is centralization: it's a key ingredient for a healthy town, since it allows players to keep in touch while working to expand the city together.

Endorism uses emeralds as its main currency. Villager farm owners trade crops with villagers to earn emeralds, which are used to craft god tools, get glass, glowstone, good food and other useful items and tools. Citizens gather crops in the fields, and trade them for emeralds at granaries. Emeralds can then be stocked, traded in state/player shops or used to pay taxes/City State services.
Each City State should work on creating a solid internal economy.
