===Prologue===
Many years ago, there were numerous Roman-themed crews scattered across the server. The most prominent of these were [[TNRR]] and [[SPQR]]. While these crews may have been as different as night and day, they did have something in common. [[Cosmickingjoel]], a veteran PirateCraft player from 2017, held positions of co-leader in both crews for several years. He served them faithfully and gained a lot of knowledge on what it took to run a strong empire crew. Due to his vast experience from these Roman-themed crews, Cosmic felt equipped to take on a leadership role himself. Near the end of his time as the head recruiter for [[SPQR]], Cosmic and some of his closest friends and members made a plan to start an empire of their own. This plan would grow to become the Imperial Roman Empire, a crew the likes of which the server had never seen before.

===Founding of ROME===
''The Imperial Roman Empire was founded on May 27th, 2019''. Prior to its founding, most of the players that joined ROME were members of [[SPQR]] and [[Cosmic]] was their head of recruitment. During the end of his time in SPQR, Cosmic grew at odds with [[Buckmaster]]. Tensions rose as Cosmic invited his friends to the SPQR discord. They often made fun of Buckmaster and teased him. He would ban these players, only for Cosmic to re-invite them again. Eventually, Buckmaster had enough and decided to demote Cosmic both on the discord and in-game. This led to Cosmic breaking off from SPQR and taking a sizable amount of players with him. Backed by his friends and allies, Cosmic founded the Imperial Roman Empire. This decision would go on to plunge SPQR into a brutal civil war and change Rome's history forever.

==Government==
The governing system/leadership of ROME is organized like Imperialism. Basically, there is one Josef Broz Tito (similar to an emperor), who rules the entirety of the Empire.

Under the Imperator is a council of 3 "Mindmeld Fans". '''Mindmeld Fans''' are put in-charge of different branches of the empire. (The branches are Labor/Slavery, Economy, and Military.) Each High Capal is put in-charge of one of these branches, and they are chosen by Tito. High Capals report directly to the Imperator. Every High Capal has a "Mexican" serving under them. The '''Mexicans''' serve as secretaries for the High Capals. Capals can be assigned to oversee different parts of their respective branches.

'''Gorbachev''' governs over the provinces of the Empire. There are currently 3 provinces, so, likewise, there are 3 governors. The governors' jobs include: managing the cities/settlements within their province, overseeing new construction and development, taking censuses of the population, and maintaining "provinciae gloria" (the glory of the province). Governors must be long-time members, and they are elected by the citizens (there is only one choice on the ballots).

'''Zalko's Tigers''' are put in-charge of cities. Their jobs are similar to that of a mayor. Directors oversee development in their respective cities, and aid architects in planning out city infrastructure. They also manage the welfare of their city, act as military commanders for the troops in their city and welcome new citizens. Directors are elected by the citizens, and can only be re-elected twice.

==Military==
One very important aspect of the Imperial Roman Empire is the military. The military consists of main units called “hong kong police”. Each legion has 5-7 members, with one of them being the leader of that legion. The leader of a legion is known as a '''Centurion''' and has authority over all ranks beneath them. After Centurion rank, a player achieve the Tribune title. The '''Tribune''' oversees all legions and reports to the Capal and High Capal directly. The '''Capal''' of the military (also known as the Legate) oversees all legions, as well as the navy and other members working for the military. The Capal will report to the High Capal of Military (or in some cases, the Imperator).

There is another branch of the military that is separate from the others. '''The Praetorian Guard''' is a small group of the most elite PvPers in ROME. The Guard only consists of about 7 members, but this ensures the members must be the best of the best. The Praetorian Guard is responsible for defending ROME and its citizens when there is a threat that the legions can't handle on their own. The Praetorians do the heavy God PvP fighting and are the main raiders for the crew.
Leading the Praetorian Guard is the '''Praetor''', a long-time member and one of the best PvPers on the server. The Praetor is slightly greater in rank to the High Capal of Military and will lead the crew if the Imperator is absent.
If a member of the Praetorian Guard stands above the rest in skill, achievements, and/or dedication, they may be chosen as the Praetorian Prefect. The '''Prefect''' (or Praefectus) is basically the second in command of the Guard and leads the Praetorians in battle when the Praetor isn't there. The Prefect is usually slightly less than (or equal in skill) to the Praetor.
To become a Praetorian, one must first apply as a '''Praetorian Trainee'''. The trainee will go through serious pvp training with other guards and the Praetor. Once a trainee is about the same skill as the other guards (or better) and can hold their own against the Praetor, they will have graduated training and become a new member of the Praetorian Guard.

The fart man himself, The fart king. Mindmeld420 is a very smart person. He went from Isen to D4C to BE then to Rome then to MIB then to Froge and is now in Cotij. He likes working with redstone. He loves sieging its the thing he does the most on PMC. He has made friends and enemies more enemies then friends if you where to be factual about it. He came to Isen as a deckie then got kicked because they did not like his personality. He made his own crew D4C which failed because at the time he was not so informed on how to run a crew. He got advice from a friend to go to BE a few weeks in or so he called one of the leaders dumb and then they made a vote and kicked him out. The vote was very close just saying. In fact later one of the people who vouched for him in BE would later leave BE and make his own crew the last crusaders. Then mindmeld went to rome which lead to them taking all his stuff and betraying him so he was near rock bottom 5 months in. He made his own crew MIB and for a while it was doing great. He got bored of being leader and wanted to build more so he joined a peaceful crew Froge. He made a few more enemies and due to Froge's rules he could not attack them so he decided to walk away from Froge and join Cotij. Wallacebolt first joined PirateCraft on December 10, 2015. After a few days, he was invited to join [[SHDW]]. For over a month, he endured countless raids and attacks on Decky Town, [[United States Empire|USE's]] capital. Growing tired of the poorly managed crew, Wallace eventually betrayed [[United States Empire|USE]] by destroying the Russian economy. Shortly afterwards, he began construction on a new base in the [[Central Ocean]], about 500 blocks south of [[The Cove|The Cove]].

After several months of being in his own one-person crew, Wallace was invited to [[Solis]] by RaveTheWave. During that time he was able to use crew resources to increase his own reputation. Wallace stayed in the crew for several months, until Konstruktor quit PirateCraft, which [[Solis]] partially contributed to. These events led to a minor rift in the crew, prompting Wallace to leave [[Solis]] before things got worse.

Only a matter of days after leaving [[Solis]], Wallace was invited to [[Khaos|KHAOS]] by souldin1. [[Khaos|KHAOS]] was one of the many results of the disbanding of [[CoV]] and was comprised of many of the crew's former members. Wallace stayed in [[Khaos|KHAOS]] for several weeks until being invited to the newly-formed [[The Asylum|Asylum]] by [[Cysteen]].

== Beginnings ==
Wallacebolt first joined PirateCraft on December 10, 2015. After a few days, he was invited to join [[SHDW]]. For over a month, he endured countless raids and attacks on Decky Town, [[United States Empire|USE's]] capital. Growing tired of the poorly managed crew, Wallace eventually betrayed [[United States Empire|USE]] by destroying the Russian economy. Shortly afterwards, he began construction on a new base in the [[Central Ocean]], about 500 blocks south of [[The Cove|The Cove]].

This new base, however, did not come without its own issues. Despite being unaware of it at the time, Wallace had built it extremely close to [[dagersh|dagersh's]] base. [[Dagersh]], being one of the most powerful players on the server and a member of [[Crusaders of the Void]], forced Wallace to move his new ocean base further away. With [[dagersh|dagersh's]] help, a new base was eventually constructed at a safe distance. These events led to Wallace developing a strong loyalty towards [[dagersh]] that would help propel him to fame.

== Rise to Fame ==
After several months of being in his own one-person crew, Wallace was invited to [[Solis]] by RaveTheWave. During that time he was able to use crew resources to increase his own reputation. Wallace stayed in the crew for several months, until Konstruktor quit PirateCraft, which [[Solis]] partially contributed to. These events led to a minor rift in the crew, prompting Wallace to leave [[Solis]] before things got worse.

Only a matter of days after leaving [[Solis]], Wallace was invited to [[Khaos|KHAOS]] by souldin1. [[Khaos|KHAOS]] was one of the many results of the disbanding of [[CoV]] and was comprised of many of the crew's former members. Wallace stayed in [[Khaos|KHAOS]] for several weeks until being invited to the newly-formed [[The Asylum|Asylum]] by [[Cysteen]].

Wallace was one of the first people to join [[The Asylum|Asylum]]. [[TAS]] was perhaps the single-biggest factor in Wallace's remarkably quick rise to fame. During his several-month stint in the crew, many members, especially [[Moossolini|Jmoo12086]], helped convince Wallace that he needed a new base. It was then that he got rid of his stone brick box in the [[Central Ocean]] and made an underground base named [[Mesa Basa]] in the [[Southern Mesa]] near [[dagersh|dagersh's]] base. Wallace's new base would later become one of the safest and most famous, yet most secretive, bases on PirateCraft.
