Fort Drum, an American Concrete Sea Fort built in the Philippines, which saw use during the Second World War. First in the hands of the Americans before they left it, and then in the hands of the Japanese, who continued to fight from it after much of the surrounding sea had been liberated, only eventually did they give up when boiling liquids were poured into the structure.
